Hello and welcome to Cadassist’s new blog site. It’s been a long time coming but we have finally made it into the bloggersphere.
Traditionally, at Cadassist, our main goal in life has been to provide assistance to anyone wanting to implement and support their Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems – providing software, training and technical support at all levels of business to ensure the adoption and subsequent maintenance of these systems is as smooth as possible. Put simply, if you want a CAD system, we are here to help.
As the AEC industry has evolved and moved into the world of BIM, so have Cadassist. Our in-house technical expertise and status as an Autodesk Gold Partner puts us in an ideal position to help you make the transition into BIM. Be it your first tentative steps or a large scale roll out, we can help you understand what you need to do and support you along the way.
BIM throws everyone in the construction industry into a more collaborative world, encouraging everyone to be more open and share their information with the rest of the project team. So . . . in the spirit of all things collaborative, Cadassist are launching this new blog. The idea is simple. We want to share our technical expertise with the rest of the industry. We already help hundreds of clients across the UK and further afield with training, support and advice as they embark on their journey into BIM.
We see this blog as an extension of those services, keeping you up-to-date with everything from software upgrades to industry developments, articles on best practices, tips and tricks and your portal to the resources available from Cadassist.
Have a look, and get in touch with our technical experts here. Make sure you register your e-mail address to receive new posts directly in your inbox along with news about the development of this site. We anticipate it will grow into a library of helpful articles and resources to assist you in your day to day use of Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor and other associated products.
We hope you will find the forthcoming posts useful and encourage you to get involved by leaving comments and sharing this site with your colleagues.
