Since the launch of the partnership between KnowledgeSmart and Cadassist, we’re becoming increasingly aware of the savings our customers can make both in terms of time and money, by carrying out effective skills analysis. We’re keen to share how you too can do this, with this free webinar run by Gordon McGlathery, Training Manager at Cadassist, and Rory Vance, Founder of KnowledgeSmart.
Tuesday 4th August 2 – 2.45 pm
This webinar will introduce you to how you can use technology and web based tools to carry out skills analysis, and how this can save you both money and time in the long run, as well as ensuring you have a team trained to the highest standard.
The main points covered will be:
• What effective skills analysis is
• Why it is important for a business to carry it out
• An introduction to a standardised system that can be implemented efficiently
• How you can use the results to reduce training costs and maximise your return
• What the outcome of integrating skills analysis can be.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
